Under this policy:

• Cancellations for refund will be considered only if the request is made immediately after making the payment.

• Refunds under the Money Back Guarantee are applicable only for Emotional Mastery Program, between Day 47 and Day 57 after the first session.  The client must explicitly ask in an email addressed to coach@manredux.com, for the refund between Day 47 and 57, unless agreed otherwise.

• Payments once made are not refundable, however, the appointments can be rescheduled once.

• In case of any Refunds approved by the Man Redux.com, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.  The payment gateway provider may take additional time to actually credit the amount.
